It hasn't been that long the the Droid Incredible first got it's taste of Root goodness, and there are already a few Roms coming out of the oven. I've been playing around with one called, Touch of Photons (ToP) by Photonmedia. He does not take credit for the Rom, but I'm really happy he released it. There are not any known bugs, other then the Facebook Contact Sync issue people with any Rom installed seem to be having. ToP is very stable and everything from Bluetooth to Wi-Fi is working at it's normal pace.

This Rom is based off of a Stock Rom that was developed by Binny with a couple nice additons. One of those most notable additions is the TouchFlo Port (launcher) from Samsung. It is really different, but in a good way. It allows you to have up to 7 screens with a nice interface with the launcher holding your apps. The Rom does allow you to push your own (or someone else's) custom framework-res (see battery in pic above). You can also push a custom bootanimation.zip, so you can have full customization from start to end. There is no kernal preinstalled, but you can grab it here. Overall I really like this Rom, and I look forward to what else is coming out! Make sure you stay tuned for more Rom Reviews!
